Democrats use Mueller's report against Trump
The US Justice Department rejected the Democratic Party’s request to provide Congress with the full report of Special Prosecutor Robert Mueller following an investigation into “Russian interference.”
According to representatives of the ministry, such a move would be “redundant”, since a new version of the document is already being prepared with fewer changes, which will be passed on to American parliamentarians.
Meanwhile, the Democrats, despite the fact that Mueller did not find any "connections" between Trump and Russia, are still trying to use the conclusions of the special prosecutor against the head of the White House. Now they accuse him of obstructing the investigation, and the Prosecutor General, William Barr, who presented the report, of distorting the facts.
According to experts, Trump's opponents want to lower his rating as much as possible before the 2020 elections, but they have practically no other instruments of pressure besides the “Russian cause”.
