Turkey: Putin Declines Invitation To Meet With Erdogan In Paris

Both leaders are attending a U.N. climate change summit in Paris, and both are expected to discuss the downing with U.S. President Barack Obama. Earlier in the day, Turkey announced that it had returned to Russia the body of the pilot killed in the downed Russian plane on Nov. 24, Anatolia reported. As tensions mount between Turkey and Russia, Moscow will have to decide how far it can go in dealing with an Ankara that is drawing closer to its NATO allies.
